  1. Eligibility for Returns
    • Items must be returned within 21 days of receipt.
    • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all tags attached.
    • Items must be returned in their original packaging.
    • Sale items or items purchased during promotional events are not eligible for returns unless they are defective or damaged.
  2. How to Initiate a Return
    • To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at sales@randeepclothing.com with your order number and reason for return.
    • Once your return is approved, you will receive detailed instructions on how to send the item(s) back to us.
  3. Return Shipping
    • Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning items unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
    • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Randeep Clothing is not responsible for items lost during return shipping.
  4. Refund Process
    • Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-15 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
    • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
